Pillow

Collection

You pillow needs to give optimum support to your head and neck, as well as providing heat insulation and ventilation. The combined characteristics of the pillow and mattress are an important factor in this. It is important to choose your mattress first and then your pillow. Check also whether or not the pillow is washable.

Traditional or contoured pillow?

Generally speaking there are two kinds of pillows: traditional and contoured. Which is the best for you is largely a matter of personal preference.

Traditional

  • Usually a combination of down and feathers; the more down, the softer the pillow.
  • Your head sinks into the pillow.
  • Feels warmer, yet good ventilation.
  • Also available with synthetic filling (hypoallergenic).

Contoured pillow

  • Usually made of latex.
  • Head lies on rather than in the pillow.
  • Good ventilation, feels cool.
